Troop 738 is going to Camp Rodney for Summer Camp in July 2026! The troop will spend 7 days/6 nights from July 11th to 18th tent camping while attending their terrific merit badge programs. Camp Rodney is in North East, MD and is a great property providing lots of space for camping as well as all the activities.

The merit badge program provides an opportunity for Scouts to gain more skills in the things they enjoy doing and to have a chance to try out new activities. Merit badges are part of the self-paced advancement system that allows Scouts to challenge themselves, rather than compete against others. A list of available merit badges will be sent out shortly (their summer schedule with many, many merit badges available is still being finalized).

Who: All Troop 738 Scouts
TWhere: 400 Rodney Scout Road North East, MD 21901
Cost: $605 per scout; $225/week per adult or $45/day
Troop Subsidy: The committee will determine the potential for a discount through the troop.
Payments will be due to the troop in February.
